A form of modern-day slavery, human trafficking is one of the oldest, most serious crimes against humanity, and a violation of civil rights.
What happens to a woman who is rescued from a human trafficking situation? That’s where The Reach 922 steps in. The Reach 922 is a faith-based, non-profit outreach to adult woman survivors of human trafficking. A pioneer in their efforts, the northeast Georgia organization offers long-term services to women in Georgia and the Carolinas to ensure that those who finish the program have a solid foundation to go forward to a new life.
While there are several programs designed to help child and teen trafficking victims, The Reach 922 is one of the few that is targeted toward helping adult woman survivors, ages 18+.
The Reach 922 offers adult women survivors a lifeline to leading stable, successful lives. We provide:
- In-patient rehabilitation
- Transitional housing
- Onsite counseling / mentor services
- Life skills education
- Career education
